I really think this show needs to be on the SyFy network. I Hope they make another season of it. Until then i'm reading the Book series. the books are really good, they have alot more things happening to Richard and kaylan and everyone else that they couldn't fit into the show. Also some of the stuff is completely different in the books then what happened on the show. So the books are still a good read and full of surprises. And there are at least 12 of the books so that will keep me busy :)

@Ian7570 I totally agree with 'to each his own'. That was why I personalized my statement, instead of making a sweeping one. One of the reasons I love sci-fi and fantasy is that anything can happen, and by the next week it can all be reversed or changed. But I am just happy if people liked any part of Legend of the Seeker. There are not enough current shows that allow escapism to the degree that it did.

@JaneDoh Yes, I agree. There is currently a distinct void in the creativity and imagination of the television studios. There was a lot of thought put in, by the LOTS production team, to make all the elements (highlighted in your video) work week after week. That being said, your video left out one great aspect of the show - the soundtrack by Joe LoDuca. I am really disappointed that none of the great music from Season 2 has been released. The Season 2 material was simply outstanding.

WOW!! totally awesome video!!! i wish our efforts to save it were enough :( to be honest, i was quite surprised when i heard they were coming out with a second season. i loved the show and all, but i knew it didn't have a very big following. of course, when the show starting getting that following it needed, they already cancelled the show... :'( well, that's life i guess...

@starrocker95 Thanks for your comments, but we aren't giving up yet. If we stop fighting for what we want, we will never get it. It is just one of the things that LotS taught us. We can always live in hope. Shows like this deserve to be on tv, and I think that is something worth investing my time in. It doesn't take me long to write to potential new networks and ask them to consider picking up the show. It is also a lot of fun chatting to other fans on the forums!

LotS certainly tought us to fight for w/e it is that we want, and it's AWESOME to meet people who like the same things i do, it's really a shame that more tv shows don't have what this this one did i guess networks(and people in general) don't understand that there is more to fantasy than just vampire romance. it is the whole depth of the characters themselves they are very complicated in a way that doesn't make it a soap opera. many don't get that, and miss such great shows.

Without doubt LoTS is the best program to come on the TV in years. I still watch all the repeats and still find them brilliant (even though I know what happens!) I cant believe there may not be another season - we must do whatever we can to make sure it continues for years.

the show was really really well done....high quality for a tv show, too bad that they are not totally convinced about renewal...they should do the 3rd season....I dont understand why it received such low rating in UK...maybe not enough people with good taste...I mean, I prefer this show over Lost or the Tudors....for example Tudors are based just on cheap sex scenes and the history line isnt correct! and I cant stand the leading actor XoX :oD (just opinion, please Tudors fans dont kill me! :oD)

i don't mean it be mean or anything, i love the legend of the seeker, but i think a 3rd season isn't going to happen. the program was based on a book series called the Sword of Truth. The series ended with them beating the keeper and finding out they can love each other. Bringing them back is probably not such a good idea. it's like doing an 8th or 9th movie for harry potter. you can't really bring it back after he's saved the world nd everything.

@sushi35 You could try finding a program that converts files to a format that WMM understands. OR you could get a different video editing program...WMM can crash quite often and get very frustrating. I recommend Ulead Video Studio or Sony Vegas.
