Hurricanes do not speak english, they do not watch the Weather Channel and are not directed by anything. They react to changes in the atmosphere.

Are you proposing that President Bush was sitting in the White House moving a joy stick to control this hurricane?

@personalaccount11 .. so they ARE directed by something then.. changes in the atmosphere. Bush wasn't in the white house.. :) .. but watching this path doesn't seem normal, as neither did the path of Katrina.. HAARP could certainly change the atmosphere enough to manipulate direction of a hurricane.
