you have great vids man, im going to put some of your vids together to make a great workout pain !!!! :D :D :D :D :D plz keep making more vids you help a lot of people
good stuff - just did it once with a 1min cardio (jogging on spot and jumping jacks) and for a massively outta shape lazy bum it was great - easy to remember and you need no equipment at all.
boahhhh,, it is diffucalt,, what nice is, i did this one two times after each other, so 1 minit, and not 30 seconds. and then 7 km jogging.. and after it again ,, niceeee
WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS,IF THE EXERSISE DOESN'T HURT ME WHILST PERFORMING IT IS IT OK TO DO IT...also having had such a massive amount of time off (from doing something that i love) i am eagre to know whether im likely to further damage my tendons with bodyweight exersises. ANY SUGGESTIONS WELCOME,THANKS
i have suffered from tendonosis i both elbows for over 2 years now (im 24 years old)because of lifting too heavy when i was bodybuilding. i have been off training for 2 years in august and for the past year have been doin some rehab stuff and very light weights since january. when i do press ups and anything to do with tricep (arm extention type movements) i do experience pain the day after or even 2 days after.
good stuff, but i reckon you get more out of push ups if you go all the way down until your body is about an inch from the floor. also, using a wider than shoulder width hand spacing you can employ your chest muscles more

Just so you know, Instead of saying "hip ridge with one leg extention", you could just call it a back bridge, thats the real name for it :)

They are very basic work outs that are based around circuit training.
They are tested and proven methods for both fitness and weight management.

thats cuz it all works different muscles. so its not about going down further, its about doing ones working different muscles...

I typically do pushups with hands and feet on chairs, or with my hands elevated on weights. The added range of motion makes a substantial difference.
