That credit system is so weird. You have to go into debt to be able to take a morgage... Over here you are trusted by default as long as you can proove you have enough income, but if you fail to make your payments you will get registered and not able to even get a phone service. And, you can't just default your payments, if you don't pay your morgage the bank sells the house, but if thats not enough to cover your debt you will still owe them the difference.
