@naflemac I'am sorry if I wrote it wrong or was confusing in my statement. I was stating Patty Griffin orginially did "Let Him Fly". Yes you are completely correct Jennifer did write and produce STAY!!

I love both Stay and Let Him Fly. It doesn't matter who wrote them, they are beautifully done by their respective performers. I just thank whatever it is that inspired the writers of the 2 songs for writing them.
@sissystrode The message is to have the strength, will and love yourself enough that you don't need another man or woman's wife or husband....Beautiful song about true struggles in life and having self-appreciation to rise above it!!
