@orkmama Thanks so much! I am grateful to be where I am, having had three children and weighing in at 230 lbs not long ago I guess I am doing ok. Its so hard not to criticize ourselves and even harder to be appreciative of our bodies and how amazing each one of us really is regardless of inches and pounds.
