I can't help but think that the woman has to recognize her own part in what took place. It's not known what the relationship, if any, is between the two. Was he a stranger she met and drank with? If so, bad choice. I'm sure I'll come across as hard and unfeeling but let's look at reality....we know this type of scenario can and does happen.
