@SpectreXVI If you are talking about air pollution emitted from fumes of vehicles than indeed, it can get very crowded at times but other than that unlike China, Taiwan is less polluted and without alot of the heavy manufacturing base it used to have. There are alot of beautiful places especially mountain side and also hot spring ^_^

I found going to a place where you can see the food, and just pointing and gradually learning the names and phrases of what you like helps a lot (and not like). I have also found the best cheap food can be found where you see pubic transportation drivers eating. IE cab drivers, trike drivers etc.
