Stop it -you are really detailing my life (habits) too well. And of course I could never focus long enough to convey these ideas. But mostly I was unaware that I had a pattern which you so easily defined. I feel guilty going to bed before let's say Uh, 3:am I never wake up refreshed. I really don't want any drugs in my body and melatonin wears off within two hours. I would truly like to sleep like a bear and wake up energized one day soon. Thanks again Dr. For your insights.

@Kiisu101 Yes, a lot of people experience that. Sometimes writing out what you are thinking about kind of relieves your brain so you can rest easier.
