They have alot of problems with timetines in this, like wether Blake & Alexis were married for 7 or 9 years. In a later episode, Blake states twice that Krystle's riding accident, which resulted in her losing their first baby, happened "a couple of years ago", & yet, by then, Krystina was around 3, & it was a good couple of years or so after the miscarriage that Krystle got pregnant again, so the accident would have been closer to around 5-6 years ago. Do the math, Blake, lol
what makes Dynasty so unrealistic is that the characters suffer all sorts of trauma with seemingly no lasting emotonal effects. Take Alexis and Blake's four children - Adam was raised by the wrong family, but just waltzed into the Carrington family and took over the business. Amanda never knew who her mother was but this hasnt affected her. Steven was thought dead, rejected by his father, said father tries to get custody of his grandchild, and yet they all still play happy families!!!

@Denturewearer I don't think that cruelty has ever looked good on anyone, or at anytime! PETA or no PETA - the fact that about 50 minks, or 40 sables or a hundred Chinchillas or 11 lynx or 12 silver foxes, have to give up their lives simply to provide this type of a coat for rich bitches! I am sorry but I cannot see past the blood when I look at those garments. Joan Collins et al should be ashamed of themselves!
I wouldn't have wanted to be in Blake's shoes for nothing - first the vendetta between him and his vengeful and vindictive ex-wife and then these imperious children which were a HANDFUL. I would have used my money to change my name and LEAVE town.

Didn't mind it being revealed Alexis had a secret long-lost daughter stashed away, but I absolutely detested the fact that Blake was the father. It reeked too much of replacing Fallon. Besides, from what I gather from the show's history, Alexis was sleeping with Roger Grimes before she left Denver. Blake found her in bed with him and then threw them both out of town. I always thought that Amanda should have been Grimes' daughter, out for revenge against Blake and the Carringtons.

@SAPPJR I totally agree with you. I really, really would have loved to see both Pamela and Catherine playing in the same episodes. I think that they would have been great friends and rivals every once and a while.
That is how the writers always replaced characters... when Al Corely left show as Steven -- they came up with the character of Adam (who was kidnapped years ago). But then they decided to bring Steven back (altered by plastic surgery)... so the family kept growing and growing ;)
