The truth is that neither Apartheid nor the ANC is better or worst. Under Apartheid the infrastructure was much more stronger, but the majority suffered and wealth only distributed to the WHITE minority. Under the ANC the infrastructure sucks and wealth is still unevenly distributed, but more BLACKS are benefiting than under Apartheid. I hate to point out the bleedy obvious, but it looks like ill have to. The ANC is not perfect, but a shit load less people are disadvandaged under them than were under Apartheid. And as for the crime rate, i would rather live free and dangorously, than live safe and disadvantaged.
