I feel like we have somethings in common. I love bushcraft and survival over all and I am an avid wildlife photographer. Where do you live, it looks beautiful.
@tevers94 I'm on the north coast of B.C., not to far south from Alaska. It seems we do have a few interests in common in fact in my "survival gear" video you might even notice that I briefly panned by my canon 100-400mm lens and DSLR on the hood of my truck!
@swibo6 Im in Alaska...We're (you and i) in some of the best places to get out and practice in spots most only see in book or on the Tv..Good vid, pal.
Good words, many of which are in my mind too. So many people that live in cities here in the UK are suprised at what fantastic wilderness we have, simply because they've never moved off the back step. I know of people that are not able to make trips and videos that we make because they have physical dissablities and I know from speaking to one such person that these videos are bringing the outdoors to them. I'm inspried now to put out my thoughts too 5*
yeah i like your reasons, and for those people who used to like in the bush while they where a kid and younger and then life has taken them away from it and still too young to drive themselfs out of town to these places and you bring us a little bit of home back over the internet where we have lost so much of it.. thanks
@aidytmac Thank you, that's exactly what I'm hoping to accomplish! I've been stuck in a big city before so I now how it is, sometimes it takes a while to get back out to where you want to be but I'm glad I can help in the meantime.
great video brother. i found you by you checking out my videos and appreciate your veiws as well. you have a great reason for doin what ya do so keep at it brother as will I
Thanks a lot for the great comments! You guys are helping me get over being afraid of the camera!
Wayfinder15: the tree in this video is a red cedar and the one in the other vid is a sitka spruce. I've found hollow trees in lots of different types of terrain but I think that being near the ocean helps.
Thats a fairly large tree. Interesting idea

5/5. I have learned a lot from your videos. I can't afford to get out much now. Your videos are well done, you speak clearly, and you don't show off.
Hope you take some video on that month long trip.
