I tried to play this like an hour ago at my movie theatre, I saw SNK and the uzi looking controller, threw a dollar into it and then realized it didn't work. you would pull the trigger and it wouldnt shoot. a shame, it looked like fun.

I remember the very first time i ever played this, i was a kid and my cousin was having a birtday party at some arcade and i rememeber seeing this game and i couldnt stop looking at it. Then i walked up to it and i was way to short to play it so one of the staff had to go and get me a milk crate to stand on lol :D. I think this may be the game that got me zombie obssesed too, this is also the very first SNK game ive ever played. Thanks so much for posting these videos! take care :D

The zombies got the guns from the military units that they ate. Or the soldiers that became undead with them. The smal guns came from the normal avenues of people just being armed. Which to japanese people at the the time. They think all americans are packin heat. No, seriously. XD

These zombies are the corpses of the enemies from Operation Wolf, hence why they have weapons.

I remember I used to play this game at the spacie parlot, Down town Auckland 1994. 20 cents a credit, so I had to break a lota change for it. This type of arcade game has programmed the hardest mode of its difficulties, so I died really quick and inserted more coins in it until I had only bus money left just to get home. Shit...I miss those good old days

It couldn't have influenced Thriller, because Thriller came out in 1982 and this game wasn't released until 1989. However, maybe Thriller influenced the game's danceable theme song. ;)

Perfect for virtual console arcade, SNK have been releasing a lot of their older catalouge on the Wii recently-Might not be impossible.

but if they do, i sense they'll make it a joystick based game (thing is that the guns in the original cabinets are fixed positional guns which make them essentially joysticks.

Romnation. Although, the same thing happened to me too, but the reason why was because of the version of mame I had, so if your'e using an older version of mame, you'll have to download a newer version, but if that doesn't works, hopefully the rom download helps!
