Haha, ya when I made this video I had not had the truck that long and didn't know better. I tore it down this way 3 times I think (I bash hard) before figuring out the easy way. Since then I've switched to the bulletproof diff the easy way which hopefully will last longer. Oh well, I know the truck much better now than I would have otherwise!
The diff is relatively easy to access, just a couple screws and you can see it through a small hole (enough to add grease for instance). But to get to all sides enough to replace it requires a complete removal and tear down of that end of the truck. It only took about 2 hours I think to disassemble and reassemble, and I wasn't even really that sure what I was doing it the first time.

But... On the hpi website it says easy diff acces. So... Why was it neccesary to rebuild the car? :S
