He freakin blew up half a forest and nobody noticed. So when Juri attacks a mall it makes worldwide news but Akuma gets nada.

Like why he has Haven written on his back. And what’s up with the souls are they his fallen enemies or something?? And why he doesn’t kill weak fighters? I would really appreciate it if someone would explain it to me or point a website that has more info about him.

@Tyler138 not realy this is just a rumor I have asked many Japanese elders and they all have told me it means either Sky or Haven!! and this kanji symbol always used to refer to good thing! so if he is a demon. why there is a havenly symbol attached to him??? and I just noticed in the motion pictures after he is done figting it always show on the sky!! by the souls I mean in the motion picture when he fights Ryu. souls start to appear around them like they were witnessing Akuma's fight :-/

I love Akuma he is one of my top 5 favorite Street Fighter character villains next to M. Bison, Sagat, Vega, Balrog and Zangief. I would consider Zangief and villain mostly, because he has worked for M. Bison if you've watched the Street Fighter II V series and the 1994 live action film with Jean-Claude Van Damme and the late Raul Julia.

Gouki/Akuma didn't let any demon in his soul. He became the Raging Demon once fully embracing the dark martial art of Shotokan-Ansatsuken. Gouken formed the art in a self defense manner, rather than for pure power as it was intended to be. Basically, Gouki/Akuma embraced the dark art as it should be used, therefore having stronger moves and a demonic spirit the more he trained under it. He isn't evil, but the martial art is. He killed his master & older brother for bringing shame to the art.
Akuma didn't kill let alone fight Gen in the Alpha series though when Gen was suffering from a major illness. I suppose that doesn't make the Raging Demon all bad. In fact, in all of the street fighter events, he's kind of neutral.
Some people just don't get it and keep whining bout the raging demon that it's easy to dodge and shit.Of course it is easy to dodge, ain't that fair when it comes to a move that entirely whoops your ass en drags your soul directly to hell :) So to them: just learn to time your attacks end eventually use focus attack-->dash-->raging demon! it will work en you'll kick some major ass. Akuma is a dark character, but it doesnt mean he is evil. While he studied the same style as Gouken, Ken and Ryu, Akuma seeked greater power with the style. So he allowed some type of demon into his soul to obtain the dark version of his ability. Think of it as the dark side of the force in the Jedi world in Star Wars
well, Akuma does aim to KILL his opponents in battle. He will not fight just anyone, just ones with potential. When he obtained the dark version of the style he has learned, he did fight and kill his master with the "raging demon".
"Evil Ryu" isnt too different. The biggest difference is the demon tries to possess Ryu, but Ryu resists the "dark urges", , while Akuma allowed for him to be possessed by the dark energy
Just before his ultra he says 'Isshun Senegeki', which means 'One instant, thousand strikes'. Shin can mean around 70 different things depending on the context and which kanji is used but in Gouki's case it means something along the lines of 'True' I think.
tekken has no proper combos and fighting realism. if a guy hits u you wont be able to defend. thus, weak punches and kicks with little interval can stun anyone and kill them annoyingly. just like what can everyone do with heihatchi
He actually says "Shiau ni miau ken ka... Unu ga shura, misete miyo!"
I think it roughly translates to something like "So your fist wishes to meet death? Show me how you fight!"
If you're playing as Gouki, he'll say "Waga na wa Gouki... Unu no makotonaru ichigeki, misete miyo!" which roughly translates as "I go by the name of Gouki... Show me your one true attack!"

Mountain Breaker sounds amazing in this game and so does Cammy's stage music but it's a shame you don't hear enough of the stage musics...

Some people just don't get it and keep whining bout the raging demon that it's easy to dodge and shit.Of course it is easy to dodge, ain't that fair when it comes to a move that entirely whoops your ass en drags your soul directly to hell :) So to them: just learn to time your attacks end eventually use focus attack-->dash-->raging demon! it will work en you'll kick some major ass. Akuma's raging demon was and will always be the the sickest move (together with shin shoryuken) nice vid peace out

Just only now noticed that Ryu/Ken/Gouken/Akuma's techniques have some similar rules to Jedi rules. The Dark verson of eather will consume you if you persuit it

i dont understand why everybody says akuma is a dark character as if he was evil, he is just strong, he doesnt goes arround killing weak people nor wants to control the world like the real bad guys bison and seth he just looks crazy and speaks diferently btw i think he is the best character in the game!

Akuma is a dark character, but it doesnt mean he is evil. While he studied the same style as Gouken, Ken and Ryu, Akuma seeked greater power with the style. So he allowed some type of demon into his soul to obtain the dark version of his ability. Think of it as the dark side of the force in the Jedi world in Star Wars

well, Akuma does aim to KILL his opponents in battle. He will not fight just anyone, just ones with potential. When he obtained the dark version of the style he has learned, he did fight and kill his master with the "raging demon".
"Evil Ryu" isnt too different. The biggest difference is the demon tries to possess Ryu, but Ryu resists the "dark urges", , while Akuma allowed for him to be possessed by the dark energy

Just before his ultra he says 'Isshun Senegeki', which means 'One instant, thousand strikes'. Shin can mean around 70 different things depending on the context and which kanji is used but in Gouki's case it means something along the lines of 'True' I think.

tekken has no proper combos and fighting realism. if a guy hits u you wont be able to defend. thus, weak punches and kicks with little interval can stun anyone and kill them annoyingly. just like what can everyone do with heihatchi

Before he does the Shin Shun Goku Satsu, he says "Kakugo wa yoi ka" (Are you prepared?)
The words that appear in his Shin Shun Goku Satsu are read as "Isshun Sengeki", literally "One moment, a thousand strikes"

He actually says "Shiau ni miau ken ka... Unu ga shura, misete miyo!"
I think it roughly translates to something like "So your fist wishes to meet death? Show me how you fight!"
If you're playing as Gouki, he'll say "Waga na wa Gouki... Unu no makotonaru ichigeki, misete miyo!" which roughly translates as "I go by the name of Gouki... Show me your one true attack!"

to get akuma u must win aleast 2 perfect wins and not lose one round. to get gouken u must win 3 perfect win and perform aleast 3 ultra finishers and not lose one round. you must get akuma first.
