He's a fantastic looking specimen! Nice tank overall my friend. I have one regular Synodontis Lace catfish for over a year now and I've seen him grow from a inch and a half to a full 6 inches! Easily one of my favorites.
You really have a 350 gallon aquarium? WOW! I'm so happy at least your syno lives in an aquarium that's big enough. It's like 90 % of them live in less that 350 litres (92 gallons).
