umm basically, narusasu is when naruto "starts it" [for want of a better word] and sasunaru is when sasuke starts it. Narusasu i supposedly more realistic as in the manga naruto is actually chasing sasuke. :) hope this helps

in NaruSasu Naruto is the seme (top) and Sasuke the uke (bottom). in SasuNaru Sasuke is the seme and Naruto the uke.
