Don't get me wrong, the sound is still very nice, but these old Koto and Laserdance pieces always sound a little thin to my modern ears.  It's interesting how the sound of synthesizer dance has gotten thicker and more complex over time. I mean, compare this to anything by mindXpander. I wonder whether that's due more to changing tastes or to improvements in the technology making it easier to compose a more complex song.

@kimranchik @JMPCHI76 I am from L.A. and the clubs around here do not play italo disco much :( On rare occasions one club near Hollywood will play other, more known popular songs. Unless you go to a house party with grown people, like myself, who grew up with this music, then this is lost in the vault. I need to start my own club;)

@kimranchik sorry pal. i just based what i said on my trip to wash dc a few years ago where i overheard italo disco blasting out of a dc club while taking a stroll in one of the trendy streets. the song they played was a blast from the past and i remember thinking how weird they would play it in the us. albeit washington is a cosmopolitan city, but still i never had an idea anyone would have an ear for this kind of music in the us. this club in the dc must have been italian-owned.
