He has great ideas but it will never happen. BTW, the masses of people do not know how to save money. They probably would be destitute by the time of their retirements anyway.

giving people more control over their money creates their need to save money. this compels people to learn how to manage their money. our species have been problem-solvers all throughout history, so if we can't even find out how to save our money, we'd be going into extinction very soon.
