The shell casing moves faster then the bullet, because it is lighter. and because the pistol is blow back, half of the force approximately is used to move the slider back, and eject the shell casing. with both the bullet and the casing being affected with equal force, and the shell being lighter, the casing then travels faster, but will lose momentum faster.

Its not a 50 : 50 ratio as most of the energy is converted to sound and light of the muzzle fire then its the kinetic energy in the bullet then finally the kinetic energy in the shell casting. Modern day guns are designed like this to convert the energy input into usefully output energy.

@ProxifyStudios But, very little sound gets PAST the bullet, so some of it ends up pushing the bullet, but a bit of it dies off.If the barel opening was cut at a 45 degree angle, the sound would come out bit by bit, but because of the uniform angle of the barrel, the sound is all let lose at once. But because of the length of the barrel, the longer it is, The more of the force decides to go to the shell, Force is lazy, and will only take the easiest route, after a while. (the shell casing)

I hate the fact that most people don't know that by the time you hear the muzzle flash, the bullet has already hit the target. This is because a bullet is quite a bit faster than the speed of sound.

I´ve been bad commenting this 3d bullet videos version of Andre kramer because they lack of creativity and perfection, I am gonna half way good commet this coz it shows a different perspective of the bullet and, at least it hits something. some things to say. the beer guy is suposed to be pointing the gun when he gets shot! you forgot to time remaping the bullet shell. it is hell way to fast. imagine that in real time. the lighting shell! keep up the good work!
