I have that exact bag and the shells stay on when there's nothing in the bag. But as soon as I put something in the bag, the shell falls off. So now I'm gonna have to get velcro to hold the shell on.

@Steviefan6 I would encourage you to contact the person you bought the bag from. I have never had that problem at all. I toss my bag in the front seat of the car all of the time (full) and the shell does not fall off. Maybe you got one with bad magnets? I don't represent the company or sell the bag, but I think you should report the problem. Good luck!

@StephanieCalahan I didn't buy the bag. I got it from my aunt who also has one and she says she just uses velcro to keep it on. Do you know of the site I could report it to?
