This has to be the worst interviewer I've ever seen, he has Michael Stipe right there and he bangs on about the UK census, what a wasted opportunity .. complete fuck wit! I watched a few of the others and they ain't much better, so don't bother.
He says, "You mean literally...", as in "That's not it at all". Its about loosing your mind in anger or desperation or retaliation... a saying from the southern U.S. You'd might say it to or about your kids, "That kid is going to make me loose my religion." By the cameraman's close-up on the reaction from Stipe I think at least he got it.
