That stadium sucks.... It was done in a half-assed way, with a terrible design. That's usually what happens when you have to get two stadiums built in time to replace the one you're imploding....see Cincinnati as another example. it doesn't reflect the tough, solid image of the town at all. It's a college stadium, really. It's crap, just like the playing surface there....you'll be having to build another one within 20 years.
