The level of depleted plutonium and uranium needed for a weapon is 80-90%, Iran is has 15%-30% above normal, but it is expected seeing as this is their first time going into nuclear energy, other nations experienced the same thing , if it wanted to create weapons, it would be depleting uranium at a much higher level.

In today's age, a video is worth more than a picture, yet when we see some sort of event taking place, we automatically assume something, when in fact we don't know the circumstances of the events, nor do we know the full results. Look at Libya, everyone keeps saying Gadhafi kills civilians, but the rebels are equally guilty.
