@aeminence Yeah, There are tons of negative things about accutane, There are tons of negative things about everything basically. but do you really want it? The side effects that are posted in warnings are just side effects that have happened, they dont have to be common. If someone eats jelly and has internal bleeding from it, that would be a side effect. I doubt anything will happen to you, just go for it and stick to it. In the end it will pay off soo much. @aeminence one of the side effects that i think most people had is Dry lips and dry skin and thats because accutane sucks up all the oil that your skin produces so the pores can get cleaned up. use lip balm or any lip product for you lips i recommend the bee lip balms they have a few use the one u better like. Use body lotion everyday cuz your going to feel and know this that your skin is dry. oh and most important find a great face lotion that best suites your skin type.

I HATE THE DRY LIPS!!!! haha all i do bite them cuz i dont care haha, oh go into a sport it keeps you in a good mood thats why i do muay thai :D and avoid the sun but whatever just wear sunblock and go to like indoor places like movies and idk i dont really care i go out anyways.

i hav moderate but it gets really bad during the summer , like last year it got so severe i coukdnt do any expressions on my face any smile or frown would hurt i couldnt wash my face cuz that would hurt any form of touching to my face hurt cuz my face was nothing but acne
@TheAldonator Well First tell your mom or dad to take you to your regular doctor and then your doctor will give you a referral to a dermatologist to get handled and from there they will tell you if accutane is needed or not but do it now to get it out of the way faster believe me it will change your life :) subscribe to me and ill be making my final video once done with accutane i got 1 month left and yeah then you can compare my videos and see the difference accutane makes. good luck!
@TheAldonator You have to go to a Dermatologist in order to get prescribed Accutane. Also in order to even be able to get it you have to have pretty bad acne, what kind of acne do you have?
your suppose to take accutane with fat soluble foods such as peanut butter, so my doctor told me to eat ice cream every night when i take my accutane pill, mom totally shot that idea down!! but good luck man, it will clear up, i started accutane about a week ago, blood tests are garbage but ehhh its well damn worth it. !!

i feel ya dude. i get girls easy but my acne is on my back and its not even that bad, but it still gets to you. and the thing is im really fit and want to be able to take my shirt off in the sun and go to the beach and party at girls houses in the hot tub. thank god for my accutane
As for side effects - I remember being depressed at time while taking it. At times I found myself crying for no reason. After I finished the meds the depression went away along with the acne.

I just went on accutane. Its only been like 12 days I think. Its starting to clear up already, but it deffinetly does dry your skin, and lips out. You'll deffinetly need a good chapstick and face moisturizer. It may not work as fast as it did for me, for you, because it sometimes makes you break out more, before it starts to kick in.
