My nexus one was solid, not a single scratch after 2 years with no case, I'm not feeling as confident with the galaxy.n the battery cover right below the camera already clicks if pressed. If you use all your fingers to press it it makes noises.

Nexus One is a unibody aluminium design, not 'metallic plastic'

Nexus S, the buttons are capacitive, you can see them when the screen is on, why would you need to see them when the screen is off anyway, you can't use capacitive buttons when the screen is off anyway.

Galaxy Nexus, what is he talking about! The speaker placement, each phone creates sound channels when you hold them and they're playing music/films.

That is metal, not "metal like plastic". The Nexus One has a wrap-around metal structure, you could even have had it engraved when ordering from Google. And it was launched with Eclair, not froyo.

I truly dislike HTC "build quality" have had several of their phones since early 2000's until today and they have only made marginal improvements. You can always find a glaring mistake in their design for mobile phones. Motorola and Samsung have stepped up their game now that the Android generation is here. Samsung, Moto > HTC

The thickness of the GALAXY NEXUS LTE is scaring me. Looking at the specs it's barely thicker than the iPhone 4s. But a video I saw of the GNEX LTE the thickness looks monstrous. I hope using the Droid Razr doesn't sway me to keep it. The Razr is super thin for a LTE device, but I want the Nexus so bad!
