I liked the way she twisted her hips but it looked so bad all together. She wasn't moving her shoulders or the rest of her body along with it.
Mrs USA looked natural. Philippines looked forced. Her arm movement did not go with her hip movement. It's like she was trying not to fall in the heels.

she was trained by Ines Ligron and Kurara Chibana. People don't naturally walk like that. They learn. Riyo naturally had the spunk and stage presence due to her dancing background. Twisting her hips and walking to the beat of the music came naturally. All she was taught was how to pose and her facial expressions during her walk.
