  • i had ankle trauma,strained ties..in my left leg still hurts a little..what should i do?

    Difficult to give advice without understanding the injury and its effects in detail. I would suggest that you get your physicians advice as to how much flexing your ankle joint can take and learn yoga under a qualified instructor. Having said that, if you do try to do siddhasana with your condition and flexing your ankle hurts, you can do this pose without flexing the ankle. Concentrate on keeping the spine erect when doing all 3 poses of this set.

  • brother i think that this is my realy first message in youtube and not in vain becouse you are a real yogi bro cause this is real yoga please dont stop the uploading the video classes i serch for years one original guru yogi hahaha, no serious, man i have the preedipika hatha yoga book, but its really difficult to me learn all the asanas whit the spiritual meaning so i am very grateful whit you namaste.
