  • I love your channel!

  • Do you have your iso on auto?

  • @bino91915 No, I don't use auto ISO. I use it in 1/3 steps sometimes. Scroll down for a detailed reply on auto ISO.

  • Thanks for posting I have a a engagement shoot tomorrow so I im watching your video's to help me improve I'll share some on your face book page when i edit

  • I loved this video, It took me a while to get here because I'm taking your lessons step by step in order, actually this is the second time that I'm doing it and only now I am seeing some ramdom from this site.

So, on this video, you were saying that the location was very conviniente, I guess this is in jersey? where is it? Thank you so much for the videos!

    God bless you.

  • @CARINENY It's Sayen Garden in Hamilton Square. I live close to Princeton area so it's near by and I know the place quite well so when I schedule multiple shoots, I do them here so I don't have to spend 40 minutes going to another location and back to another random spot. This saves me time which allows me to schedule 3, 4 shoots in a day to make good money while having fun at the same time. After our shoots, my wife and I go out to eat to relax. It's always fun.

  • I think the last photo u took the photo too far... Otherwise I like alot of your other photos... some very good ones.. very tasteful

  • @ryalnz I honestly have no idea what your comment meant. Last photo I took the photo too far?

  • @PhotographersOnUTube Sorry i should maybe word it differently. I meant the last photo doesnt show the couples faces very clear.. I was wondering if its because you were too far from the subject or was it supposed to be like that. Thanks

  • @ryalnz You have to follow some composition rules as well. If I zoom in, I'd lose the dreamy water on the sides and that defeats the whole purpose of dragging the shutter speed to create the effect. It's not just a portrait, it's telling a whole story.

  • Great job! Liked composition, except you cut toes and knee off in the first picture. Also I'm not very into that "orange old style" edit. It's just my opinion :) Good luck!

  • @limperk Thank you! Actually the toes and knee is not cut off. I says that Movie Maker cropped the image. I'll post the actual uncropped image on the facebook page.

  • Is there website that allows you to download Lightroom 3 software?

  • Amazing pictures. What lens did you use? Also what prime lens do you recommended for D7000?

    Thanks

  • @Hmanan Thank you! Please scroll down for detailed answer on lenses.

  • good work, did u really used any flash for any of those pictures?

now, please also teach us how did u developed this pictures.

  • @utubekhiladi No, I didn't have to use flash. I didn't have time and lighting was still acceptable. I use Lightroom3 for editing.

  • Beautiful pictures. Which photoshop did you use to edit few of the pictures?

  • @Patela4 I used Lightroom3 by Adobe. It's the most user friendly editing software for photographers.

  • Amazing! Thank you for all of the pointers and tips!

  • thanks for all the videos. very educational! iv learned loads from your videos! :P

  • Do you use auto mode sometimes..? How do you get ISO's like 320 and 500..? My camera has ISO 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200 and 6400.......Not 320 or 500.? Are there times when Auto is better..?

  • @rodbo No auto ISO. It would pick ISO800 to 1600 in auto in this light. I can pick 1/3 stops for my ISO so if I have a little bit room to drop or increase I prefer in 1/3 stops instead of full stop. 1 full stop increase from ISO400 would be ISO800 which is TOO much. 1/3 is better. This depends on the camera though.

  • So cute and u got a family crew for the shootings =)

  • Nice

  • I too am curious to know what lens you used.

  • WOW .. good work as always..keep the video coming :) what lens did you use?

  • @mimituico Thanks you! For my family portraits I use prime lenses 50 and 85mm 1.8 For events, I mix it up with prime and 2.8 zoom lenses. The prime lenses are inexpensive. Anyone can buy them. Fixed focal length but the best quality.

  • @PhotographersOnUTube what brand of prime lens do you recommend? thanks for the help

  • Hi love the videos...what lens do you use for those shoots.

  • @weg220 I use prime lenses for portraits 50 and 85mm 1.8

  • Awsome as always!
