@Musicgirls101 i know the feeling, i cant not have a seat belt on as it never felt right without it, but then one day i had an idiot in a civic slam into the front of my car, would HATE to think how i would have ended up without the belt on, i had a few bruises with it on but walked away from a 50 - 60kmph crash. as i said to the cop who asked me if i was wearing my seat belt "yes, and im damn well glad i was too!"

@babemokzar Same here, it just becomes a habit. I usually put mine on before I turn the engine on... I feel really insecure and unrestrained if I don't put it on, whether I'm driving or as a passenger in a car, minibus or coach. Except on buses of course... It's just common sense really.

On a motorcycle you have to put on a helmet, leather gloves, leather jacket, maybe some special protective pants and heavy duty boots.

In a car you spend 3 seconds clicking a belt, and people are too lazy to do that.

I got in a car crash, and the front window had a bump, I was the passenger by the way.. I had my seatbelt on. I really don't know how there was bump, but all I know is that the airbag hit my right eye.

Bus are no way safe - they go into a wall - nearly everyone is badly injured. I remember a bus went past me once and lost control - it hit the side of a building and was totally crumpled( (in England we have buses with flat fronts), so its less safe!!
