i found a nice script that allows exporting the camera from ae into 3ds max.. so you can track in ae too :)

@tal3nt707 here is basically what i did
I tracked the video in PF Track
i exported the tracking data to 3ds max and added the hole
and i took both of those into after effects to stitch togeather
