I couldn't find free sheet music of the godfather waltz, either. :-(

But the main theme-"speak softly love" (parle plus bas) is very easy to find. Just search a little with google. I found the violin sheet music in 4 tonalities, G major(the easiest), A-flat, E-flat and D major(the hardest, with many double stops...).
