  • What do you do when its that time of the month cravings

  • what kind of advice is that...not to work out???? seriously???????

  • I think those are just your genes that have allowed you to be thin yet curvy. That would not apply to most people, even black women...only those who are "naturally" that way. Though I agree the most important thing to change first is your diet, for everyone else lifting helps to give shape. It does not have to be excessive and it can bring great results.

  • Iam a thick girl weigh about 177 to 180 7"7 am trying to loose 25 pounds to start off and eventually loose 20 more am ,its seems that when i walk alot i slim a little but when i stop and get discourage i gain it back and i really dont loose that much to begin with, so i just want to know what all should i eat to loose that fat ,ive been just tryin things that dont really work, help!!! anyways love your channel you make alot of sence to me so i want to follow your method.love you, your awesome.

  • Playing ball gave you the muscles. The movement of shooting, dribbling, etc. worked the muscle. I don't agree, however, that most people shouldn't workout. If for no other reason than heart health, people need to work out to strengthen the heart. Not lifting weights is optional. But in the black community - with predetermined genetic issues with blood pressure, exercise is a necessity. Being thin is a visual, cosmetic thing that people may want. But having a strong, healthy heart is a necessity.

  • @HappinessIsNow I agree that people should work on having a healthy heart..but having arteries that are filled w plaque..high blood bressure and cholesterol also contributes to an unhealthy heart and that comes from a persons diet..cardio can help to lower them but not alone. Being thin is just a visual if a person is starving themselves or on drugs but if you are eating right and you are active and you have a good cholesterol sodium and a healthy blood pressure .thin is Not a Coincidence..

  • thank you so much for sharing, you look great!

  • Wow, you have some interesting tips. Weights have never made me bulky. My calves and legs always get a great muscle tone from weights, which I like. I feel if you know ur more proned to get huge unwanted muscles you could use smaller weights with increase reps for toning, or use resistance bands instead of heavy weights.

  • and when you say that you dont recommend working out, what about cardio?

  • do you have extra skin left from ur weightloss? like on your stomach?

  • @dyschickaqt luckily I dont have any extra skin in my stomach area..maybe a little in the thigh or buttocks region but since Im still farely young its minimal..

  • OMG hun great legs

  • Nice video Cormie. Thanks for sharing!

  • love your video, and love your calves, i have calves like that and used to be ashamed of them, till hubby said they were beautiful!

  • @theinnercreative i agree with that, and also about the medical condition (i have a heart condition and have to consult my cardiologist before i start a workout regimen). i build muscles very fast, so i always have to use low weights, but more reps!

  • I'm glad you made the point about losing the fat to reveal the muscle, it's soo true!

  • I'm trying to get more shapely legs! I am a petite person and run the steps two to three times a week at Sac City Stadium. You have great legs. I need to work a little harder lol.

  • Thanks for sharing :)
