I served two one year tours with a SPTT Team in Iraq. When training foreign fighters this is not the way to accomplish the mission, especially when dealing with Iraqi`s. This is the kind of crap that is causing those forces to not act on there own. You start with the leadership first!. This Army Hooahh just defused the leadership causing continued problems. He should have pulled the leadership aside and gave the speech only to them. If the still didnt respond. Fire them and get more.

I served two one year tours with a SPTT Team in Iraq. When training foreign fighters this is not the way to accomplish the mission, especially when dealing with Iraqi`s. This is the kind of crap that is causing those forces to not act on there own. You start with the leadership first!. This Army Hooahh just defused the leadership causing continued problems. He should have pulled the leadership aside and gave the speech only to them. If the still didnt respond. Fire them and get more.

Right on brother! Try not to let the stupid people get to you though. They watch the news and think they know how it really is. They've never had to MEDEVAC one of their own after being blown up only 100 yards outside of an IP checkpoint. And they've never been spit on by the people they are trying to protect. Well wouldn't it be better then to go all in instead of doing half-assed like we've been doing? Well, the Surge did help a lot but it seems like it wasn't enough. And now with Obama cutting the budget and withdrawing troops, things aren't getting any better.

The surge is proof that if we were really committed to anything but gouging the US Taxpayer for a protracted conflict with overinflated prices on weapons,services and materiel we could secure this Iraq thing in a year.Seriously,the surge worked well enough to do it again with 4x the manpower.We could push out the insurgents,setup border security and then hand the keys over to the Iraqis but instead we get demoralized by libtarded brats from states that don't provide troops anyway.

I got more verbal abuse than these guys in military school as a child,LOL All of the little buttsore manginas who have a problem with the way this guy is talking to these sad double dealing goldbricking cops would last about 10 seconds in boot camp..Mental toughness isn't built by "coddling their little feelers" and if you can't take verbal abuse when you screw up how will you ever stand up to mortar attacks and firefights?
