Picture this! Hillside Junior School 1970! The Leavers dance! This was the hit song! I got to dance with Shane Broom & my partner was Terri Kidwell! Where are these girls now!
I can relate-"Guess what happend to me; I met a girl, and one, two three, I fell in love" Great lyrics and song...Oldies are the best... Maria, don't know I never had a girl like you....so good, she's my wife now::::))))
Ernesto de Lorenzo, Feliciano, Entre Ríos, Argentina: Thanks for to share this video because remembers my youth when I was 16 y.o. Many good times came with this song. Fritz 5139 thanks a lot again.
Kinda funny when you thought that was the only song they ever did (the only AM radio they had at least in the USA, anyway...and then you see a "greatest hits" album in the stores. Same goes for Mungo Jerry, Shocking Blue, Edison Lighthouse, Vanity Fare and all the other bands that you thought were one-hit / flash-in-the-pan wonders and overseas in their home lands thay've all got lots and lots of records out.
That was when I was 9... I thought then that Mademoiselle Ninette was a...CAT! And I was sure...My mother did then a sign in my album that I was wright!!!
Tanzstunden-Zeit 1970 in Bremen bei Schipfer Hauser, wer erinnert sich noch? Da wurde immer wieder nach 'Mademoiselle Ninette' brav getanzt, damals noch in der Contrescarpe.
