It's obvious you haven't seen the recent Government reports about disparate sentencing between blacks and whites for the same types of crimes. Disproportionately blacks get jail, whites get probation. Hell, cops here in Chicago let the whites who come into th city to buy drugs go with a warning all the time, while they haul the black drug buyers away.
