I'd say sub-30 with that is really, really good. I got 41 which I thought was very decent. But yeah, I finally learned F2L just recently and am down to 34, just gotta learn OLL and PLL now.
Yeah... I am pretty slow compared to most of my friends. Hell, this is like Anthony's freakin' average! But, I wanted to get a nice solve on tape. I'm practicing a lot these days, so I'll be getting much faster soon.

its a pretty decent time. I dont think getting 16s is considered fast anymore, but good job regardless.
