Weird, when I woke up one morning I wasn't able to move my right arm. Then I got up and blood started rushing through my blood veins. Finally, I was able to move my right arm! Is this a sign?

I have the same problem with motorcycle accident. its been 2 and half months since the accident. Should I be worry or is it too soon to tell if I will ever move my arm? Please help.
