My problem with Near is just how he knew some random things, or made some random assumptions without having any grounds to make them

It just felt like they were rushing the series

Thats why i think this series lost track when SPOILERS...................... ..........................L died SPOILERS Atleast L connected dots, and everything that he did made sense, so it didnt feel unfair. At the end it felt like it was Light vs Near and the writers lol

So Near figured out Kira's identity thanks to Mello, and successfully got the news out after Mello's death.
