a way I found out to bring out more of an electric feeling to the picture, is add one more layer to the top. Then go to filter>Render>Clouds. Then just change the layer from normal to color dodge. hope this helps anyone :) thnx again for the tutorial, great video man!

A few tips to the people that use this effect:
1) Turn the layer to "lighten" BEFORE making multiple layers.
2) Use Ctrl+J to make a copy of the layer. Its faster then dragging it each time
