You mention indicators as if they are 100% "for sure" signs. The lady who does not wear makeup and wears "baggy" clothes may not want to play into the stereotypes of beauty that are constantly shoved down her throat via society. Someone may want to play off of others judgmental natures and they wear flamboyant clothes to weed out people who are judgmental so that their superficial nature does not have a chance to rub off on them. Social conformation should not be a bias for mental stability.

@kazza224 It's only a disorder if it interferes with daily functioning. That is a requirement for for any psychiatric diagnosis.
