  • are those pups really 'noiseless' as fender says?

  • have you filmed this with a microwave

  • @DOPSIF lend me your camera i will shoot again for you

  • A very good Fender Jazz bass and good sound !...

  • did you have to rout the control cavity to fit the pots and battery?

  • @GetnFunky No, it is sold as an active bass.

  • His hands are so fast ...there a blur

  • that bass deserves to be played through a better amp

  • @mrciaran96

Fender Rumble 15 is a practice amp. IMHO it is a fantastic little amp, I have gigged in med sized pubs with this amp and it has filled the place. My main gigging amp is a Ashdown 150w 12" speaker, which is great too and nobody can say any different because this is my opinion and my sound.

I would love a super duper amp but I haven't got any money left!! If I did I would def check out some fender amps along with the ampegs & gk's.

Nice vids on your channel btw

  • @gilbert1m That's fair enough, I mean I think we would all like a better amp aha. I'd just like to say that's one hell of a bass you've got their my friend. I hope she brings you years of joy. And cheers, so do you :).

  • @gilbert1m In case you ever do decide to go for the bigger amps ...... go with GK. I did. You won't regret it! (better and more versitile than Aunt-Peg IMO)

  • @mrciaran96 I agree. I suggest a Peavey VB-2/3.

  • did you film this with a toaster?

  • @RageicaNiels Some people have great cameras, some people have great bass guitars, really lucky people have both, working class people have one or the other. Damn I really want a better camera, but for now I have to settle for a "toaster". Bless you for watching.

  • your voice is bassy...

  • @VictorSinha666 I love bass!

  • Nice bass great sound.

How is the body under the pickguard ?

  • @CPC464FORCE Massive route under it, from what I've read.

  • @CPC464FORCE Sorry for late reply. I have not removed the pickguard as yet, I have no reason to.

  • What`s the diference between this one and the Fender American STANDARD Jazz Bass. are there biges diferences?

  • @bemolable Hi, The deluxe has active electronics meaning you have more tone options. You can also turn off the active electronics with a switch and use it as a standard jazz bass. I would suggest taking a visit to the fender website and comparing the standard and the deluxe.

  • AWESOME olympic white color!

    also my dream bass <3

  • great review, beutifull sound!!!!! make sure to check out my review tooO!!!

  • wow that's an awesome bass you got there! how much did it cost to you?

  • Hello,

did those fret markers come with the bass or did you buy them separately? If so, what are they and where can I buy them?

  • @squiresuzuki hello, they come with the bass as 70's style. I don't know whether you are a competent craftsman or a novice but you should look into the process of applying such fret markers to a neck as this is quite an involved operation and for the sake of a cosmetic appearance it is probably not worth changing what you have already.

  • beautiful bass dude...ive got the natural finish 2010 J bass and its a dream

  • this and a ricky r the best basses

  • Good colour choice. This is my dream bass.

  • @Craptron2000

Only in white is a Fender Jazz for me! Could have got any other colour 4 months quicker, but there should be no compromise when you buy any guitar, let alone your dream guitar. Best wishes.

  • @Craptron2000 i have a stingray 5 its amazing but this bass has a brighter tone that can be used for rock as well as jazz its an all rounder the price it not to large compared to the stingray so if this is ur dream turn it into reality its truly great value

  • Hello, when you play your bass on active mode is it really noiseless? I'm getting a lot of buzzing when I play on active mode and I'm wondering if I have a faulty pickup.

    Thanks.

  • @jung021

Hi, and thanks for your question.

Does the noise stop if you touch the strings or any thing metal on the guitar? If so, it may be an earthing issue and may require a fix. Probably best to look up on google.

Mine is pretty quiet, It's not completely noiseless. However many factors may effect this such as quality of cable, jack connections, amp etc.

  • Nice bass and nice playing my friend! I have a few questions for you. First off, how long did it take for you to get your bass;(in term of months). Next did the bass come with a good set action? And finally, do you detect any kind of hum from the pickups? And please let me know if that bass will work without a battery! This information will be most helpful; thanks!!!! Oh and I'm glad you got what you wanted; I'm five months behind waiting for my five string model!!
  • @byjuu246 Firstly thanks for your comment. This is my first ever proper review.

It took 6 months to get this bass. It was long and frustrating but well worth the wait.

The action out of the box was pretty damn near perfect for me. Obviously everybody has a different preference.

The pickups are, as fender say, noiseless and soo powerful.

I've not tried it without batteries yet, but I hear you can, just passive only.

I wish you the best of luck with your bass, and please contact me when it comes
