This is exactly the kind of environment dems are trying to achieve: people NEEDING the federal government. Its shameful how people are literally camping out at the capitol waiting...demanding their govt cheese. We dont need that money and we dont need more federal government. I say we just stop sending taxes to washington just to wait for them to send the $ back in some pork project. Lets just keep that money in the state where it's needed, invest as we see fit and stop waiting for some bailout
