The fax receipt from the law library doesn't say where it was faxed to; unfortunately the fax from one department to another doesn't say the # it came from. That's probably why they dropped the ball.

The TWC only allows enough time for their idiotic schooling of claimants- only to then disregard most of the material evidence and rule in error because the hearings officer has zero intellect and too great of a workload to do the job. Don't kid yourself, vaguy78, the TWC does not work in the interest of protecting the Texas employee from unscrupulous employers... And you know this.

It wastes time when claimants provide unnecessary information. They are given an opportunity to provide additional testimony.

Send your appeal in a way which provides a receipt or TWC will claim nonreceipt or change the date.
