  • the fuel comsumption has to be insane, a car ferry traveling at 40 knots (44 mph) is freaking fast.

  • Now in Michigan Beaches, the wake from those freeries are large and going on my jetski out there and hitting those waves are fun

  • Its amazing the illusion that you are not really going that fast. But 40knots is going pretty good for a boat this size.

  • Much less smoke at throttle up. The 4 engines are MTU Series 4000 16V. Built in Redford MI.
