  • It really isn't even fair to say Persian represent the entire Asia, when Asia (largest continent in the world) isn't just as simple as one super power nation.

  • This show is meant for western entertainer and nowhere near accurate, so people should just chill down and enjoy. If persian watching this video are unhappy they are portrayed as those ugly immortals with a oversized douche head king who kept lesbians sex slave as pets, they can made their own video portraying a fucktard leonidas with some Nigerian sex slaves.

  • That sounds racist iranian. Why don't you ask the Next Mexican you meet that question. We will find out how fast you could run. Let's see I ruined you sad lie about why the persians invaded Greece and LOST. I informed you of th origins of Flamenco music to your dismay(GREEK). My job is done for the day. "YOU ASKED FOR IT". Have a nice day.

  • @Boukephalos1 I don't know what karz was getting at, but I find it funny that someone so supposedly informed and objective as yourself could get up in arms about racism after all that you've said to karz.

  • @Makeitallmanageable Hilarious!. So let's see you find it hard to understand what he is talking about and you write me. You accuse me of saying what? Correcting an idiot for his historically incorrect statements and his ethnic insults.I gave him the truth and insult his intelligence, nothing wrong with that. I didn’t have to go down to the rat cellar to insult him which he did and you conveniently overlooked. Is that what bothers you bungy? And your whiny-assed opinion is?

  • Wudnt it be funny if zeus came down and killed xerxes?

  • I don't know why so many iranians hate this film when this has nothing to do with them: the Islam destroy the religion and culture of Persia. As well as there's just a small relation between the modern England and the celtic tribes.

  • i love the movie

  • Xerxes takes it in the hams

  • I'm curious to know. do women find him attractive?

  • Comment removed

  • free tits n asses. hmm, very tempting. shit...

  • @amazo88 and a uniform haha

  • Xerxes: Why so serious?

  • "I will remove even the name of Sparta from the CHHHHISTORIES!"

  • "The world will know that free men stood against a tyrant, that few stood against many, and before this battle was over, even a god-king can bleed."

  • Persians won the war.

  • @karz12

    ★★★ AH NO! ★★★

  • @Boukephalos1 its tru, go check wikipedia

  • @karz12 You can't differentiate a Battle from a War can you. The persians won this battle but LOST THE WAR. They never returned again. They lost every subsequent battle in Greece until they were driven out of Greece and the remaining invaders were killed or enslaved. That same year they lost Asia minor Mycale. to the Greeks also. In 150 years Alexander the Great finished them. You can find that in Wiki also and every other History Book ever Written on the Greco-persian Wars.

  • The purpose of the war that the Persians waged with the greeks was to burn and pillage the Parthenon, which they did. So yes, they did win the war.

  • @karz12 Now that's just stupid. Give it up while you're behind.

  • lol, no im serious. look it up.

  • @karz12 Oh well you can't fix stupid. Time to up your medication.

  • Comment removed

  • @karz12

Explain how the fuck the Persian empire was defeated then. No, they didn't win the war. It's like saying that terrorist groups defeated the United States because they supposedly blew up the Twin Towers. Terrorists win.

    I don't think so :P

Alexander the Great conquered the entire Persian Empire of Darius III (according to your beloved wikipedia).

Wikipedia and all history books say the Greeks won.

Read BOukephalos1's comment, he went on the wiki too...

    Learn history, battle =/= war.

  • Alexander the great came 150 years after this war....he was in a whole different war....and age for that matter. Alex wasn't even greek......its actually funny, the macedonians get angry when the greeks try to claim alex as one of their own.

  • @karz12 Same old bullshiite from a ignorant iranian. You can't change history even though you wish it SoMUCH!. Alexander was Greek,His mother was Greek from Epirus, his father was Macedonian Greek.a Dorian tribe of Greeks as Spartans. One of the reasons he didn't attck Sparta. He asked Sparta what 'If" I were to attack you. Their response was "IF". IF you speak Greek, write in only Greek, and your enemy the persians call you Greek with Sun-Hats, you bet you sorry iranian ass your Greek.

  • @Boukephalos1 I think a persian raped ur mom or something

  • @karz12 Wow! the memo fairy has returned. Oh pulease! Did you run around your room for one week to come up with that one?

No wonder persians and now iranians are so beloved. I guess my putting you in your proper place regarding the bullshiite you spouted about the reason for the Greco-persian Wars and the subsequent persian DEFEATS, by Greeks still gets you. 2500 years later.

    GOOD!

    Wonderful!

  • @Boukephalos1 no, its because I looked at your profile and there are so many videos about this 300 ludicrous and your hatred to persian people, you seem to be hanging on to it so hard like a persian raped your family or something. You are so full of bitterness and hatred for some reason. I am just wondering what is wrong with you?

  • @karz12 Ah! Personal attacks, hate mail, vitriolic e-mail or other written invective, from "e-holes."] I don't say anything about persians only about, you "e-holes." My ancestors are from Mani, you and the even the turks stayed away from there or you died. Now since we have witnessed you are not even near my intellectual or historical level, why do you love to continue to make a FOOL of yourself.?

I Know why "You must / obviously / clearly have low self-esteem".

    AND YOU SHOULD!

  • @karz12 By the way the Best known Flamenco Dancer of All-Time was called, Jose Greco,

    not jose-b iranian.

    Now that's,

    FUNNYSHIITE!

  • @Boukephalos1 Funny that you should mention flamenco. Today, all the flamenco artists are fusing flamenco and persian classical music. I guess beauty recognizes beauty :)

Paco de Lucia named some of his students after ancient persian musicians because he knows that the origins of flamenco come from ancient asian music.

LOL, stop hating my man, it will consume you. LOL

  • @karz12 Not a chance= it was JOSE GRECO. that must really burned your iranian mullah turban. Now your level of dishonesty is amateurous. You can't compete with me but please continue it's FUN. I Love to Laugh. But don't get your panties in a bunch I don’t plan to destroy you, it’s too much fun keeping you around. Please remember you can't stop writing to me, I bet it's that iranian self-flagellation....thing.. So as they say, "YOU ASKED FOR IT".

  • @Boukephalos1 /watch?v=2Xx36hJ5JPw

  • @karz12 The Phrygian mode can refer to three different musical modes: the ancient Greek tonos or harmonia sometimes called Phrygian, formed on a particular set octave species or scales; the Medieval Phrygian mode, and the modern conception of the Phrygian mode as a diatonic scale, based on the latter. The Phrygian dominant is also known as the Spanish gypsy scale, because it resembles the scales found in flamenco music (see Flamenco mode). Flamenco music uses the Phrygian scale,

  • @Boukephalos1 r u a mexican?

  • @karz12 By the way sorry iranian please remember your not persian. 1500 of muslim conquests changed that. And the only ones that say Macedonians are not Greek are iranian crybabies and people from fyrom. they a bu;lagarins and albanians, pretending to be something they will never be or ever were , just as you now. Now aren't you happy with this lesson, I gave it to you Free of Charge. Go hide under a rock or the princess of persia site. That was fun.

  • He wasnt even greek lol. Too bad sparta doesnt exist nemore, what a shame. Thats what happens to uncultured people, they perish because they have no legacy.

  • @karz12 Is that your lame comeback? iranian crybabies, there will be more in the future as there were in the past when they met SpartansAthenians/Macedonians. There still is a Sparta but iran well soon it will a wastleland of their own making.for it's their madhi wish,God will give it toi them. The World knows SpartansAthenians/Macedonians,it hears the name persian all they think Greeks destroyed them on the Battle field. Theirs your free History lesson for the day. prince of persia calls you

  • @chaklong hahahha terrorists.

    It was a inside job.

  • IT'S ONLY AN EYYEEE.

  • @thendisnigh1 spartans are greeks. spartans vs persians !!

  • Ehh Rome vs Persians. Rome kick their arse.

  • all musulman islam irak people are terrorist and they treat women worst than they treat their dogs

  • Xerxes look scary and this movie looks interesting I want to see this now. Amazing graphics and great acting and action through out the film.

  • So what you have just told us all is you are a LIAR. Your channel states you live in iran. Do you expect your words to carry any weight now? I don't lie. You do. Excuse me but aren't you white? Maybe not it. Your words as a hollow as your mind. And as usual you live in the west under American protection. Because dear fool America is the protector of your safety but you deny us. Go back to your beloved iran they want your types fools they can lead around by their noses. What a hypocrite.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrAmin111gh See you're at it again. If you live in the west world and you do America is protecting you. For America is the only country that keeps russia and china and muslim fanatics is check. Every Western nation relies on them. Should they stop giving protection and go back to isolationism your cost of living will triple or more. Say one thing on one site and another on this one. That doesn't garner respect, nor does it deserve it.

  • @Boukephalos1 I don`t live in west and i dont need protection or respect from u either. It`s difficult for u to give respect to people who you despise by calling them terrorists, Turks etc.

  • @MrAmin111gh If I called a man a turk he was one. If you are an iranian in favor of the mullahs you are a terrorist, since the world knows they are the number one sponsor of terrorism in the world. Since you are too cowardly to tell us where you really live, I will say if you live in Europe, but should you live in India, southeast Asia, Australia, Arab countries other than syria, lebanon, Every Gulf Arab state relies on America from iran.. But who cares Why argue with a man who lies.

  • I didnt lie at all, kid. Arguing with u is pointless. If u are still insulting others based on where they have come from or coz they are just defending their opinions then you are a redneck. Racism is dying. The time when US was ruling the world is finishing, just look at China that is overtaking US.Why is your Army getting smaller ?You have never lived in middle east and u dont know jackshit about it. You don`t know how hateful US is in many people`s perspective. I live in south east Asia btw.

  • Ah! I see the memo fairy has visited us again.

Not knowing what you're talking about, and you're bragging about it.

Anyone who told you to be yourself couldn't have given you worse advice.

I'm not being rude. You're just insignificant

  • Ok Ive been reading these comments and all I gots to say is although not completely historically correct still a really good movie I liked it and thought it was so much better than if they had made it completely historically correct

  • lol Xerxes size freaks me out.

  • We are still fighting this battle.A war between men who control people with fear and mysticism, and real men of logic. At this very moment the USA is being surpassed in the areas of technology and medical science all because certain religious groups are afraid of they're God's wrath.

  • Leonidas once again pwns Xerxes, for Xerxes has not acheived meme status while Leonidas is a God.

  • So Xerxes is short for Dennis Rodman, right?

  • 1:39 oh no he di'in't!

  • Xerxes backwards= Sexrex

  • I keep mishearing Xerxes as Sexies. Goddammit. What would Freud say? Also Leonidas and Xerxes are having some kind of eyesex from around 6:50 onwards, WTF. Going to watch this movie, btw, even though as a laconophile I know better.

  • Xerxes looks like Dhalsim from Street Fighter.

  • What a joke....this movie depicts Xerxes as some sort of Darth Vader clone, which he definitely wasn't.

Ok all you kids out there and Wannabe Warriors: If you want to know the REAL history, go and read a book by REAL historians! The real history is far more interesting, far more truthful. And you'll be spared the realization that you just got ripped-off ten bucks at the movie theater by some Hollywood studio.

  • if only Leonidas said I would bow down but I took an arrow to the knee

  • god damned niggers! why does the white boy liberals want everyone to kneel to the slave of the earth, damn you stupid bitches! damn your family!!!!! and you!!!!!

  • such a creepy ass tent

  • 100,000 boys never went through puberty because Xerxes took their share of manhood to lower his voice.

  • I think I saw some tits. 4:12

  • XERXES is a 10 ft. metrosexual TRANSVESTITE !

  • @satualm Ia m a straight Indian male but if it was a choice of hsnging out with an army of all men wearing nothing but leather pants or chilling with a 10ft metosexual surrounded by half women half beast bitches french kissing nI would go for the second choice.

  • This film is definitely manipulating the history once in Iranian culture and history Kings never wear such a stupid costumes as seen on the film, and we know west is very good at the manipulation of history and to show as as devil on such a case! watch this: watch?v=_TD76nIqfsE&feature=player_embedded

  • @nebuckhadnezzar No shit Sherlock!I got 1 question 4 you: DO YO THINK WE GIVE A FUCK?

  • @Spamdev1 Yes, instead you were fighting amongst yourselves lol

  • @Spamdev1 hmm...

  • lmao at 2:51-2:53 Xerxes is either getting a bj or randomly doing an Undertaker impression

  • A Spartan with a Scottish accent...epic!

  • Xerxes got a hard on after saying "divine power" on 2:03-2:07.

  • @0:17 i love his expression! :D

  • Why us Xerxes so... gay looking? He would have actually had an epic beard and be wearing luxorious robes and/or armor.

  • @TheInvisibleClarity Because the movie it is based on the graphic novel "300", where Xerxes looks like this.

  • @ashwillians I see. Why even make him look like that in the first place?

  • @TheInvisibleClarity

Because this film is based on suspension of disbelief. It is a surreal world ... not a real one.

  • Best line in the movie: The world will know that free men stood against a tyrant. That few stood against many, and before this battle is over that even a godking can bleed! Oh how I wish there were more people like Leonidas in this world!

  • Deuteronomy 3:11 “For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of the giants.[a] Indeed his bedstead was an iron bedstead. (Is it not in Rabbah of the people of Ammon?) Nine cubits is its length and four cubits its width, according to the standard cubit.

  • Just for all you guys who dont know jack shit about history... the last battle at the end the spartans finished off the persians

  • @speedboy6776 no they didnt. The spartans were slaughtered. Learn History

  • @pepinozinanasshole Are you fucking stupid? After Athens crushed the Persians on sea, 1 year later the Spartans defeated the rest of the Persians and the war ended... learn history dumb ass

  • @speedboy6776 That I know, I thought you referred to this battle.

  • amazing all the morons here that are quoting history, this is a movie(NOT REAL!)

  • Gimi: Th- this is blasphemy, this is madness!

    Leonidas: THIS IS SPARTA *Kick*

  • that's one big, but oh so gay god....

  • SHIT WAT AN OFFER LOL

  • "...againt Asia's endless hoards." got that right!

  • @TheGuilleSuit But they didn't fight the indians otherwise they would have been defeated badly. WE had elephants leonadas would have been crushed by an elephant. Alexander "the great" saw our army and fleed from the battle retreating to safety. Alexander came to conquer India not the other way round. Is Alexander the tyrant

  • @K14841 :P

  • @K14841 Wrong Alexander Defeated Porus. A great battle was fought the Greeks met elephants in war.But Alexander's soldiers were far better drilled and far stronger than the Indians. His horsemen charged the elephants in flank, and they, stung to madness by the Greek darts, turned to fleed. The Indian war-chariots stuck fast in the mud. At length he yielded to the conqueror. But now that Porus was defeated Alexander was gracious to him, and treated him as one great king

  • @Boukephalos1 No it is you who is wrong. Porus was a small king of a small kingdom. Who Alexander had great difficultly in defeating. Many people are unsure whether he did defeat Porus. But for arguements sake after defeating King Porus a king of a very small kingdom on the outskirts of India. He set into India and was confronted by a large army the Maghad army and seeing the size and power of the army he turned and fled from India.

  • @Boukephalos1 Now for an King to go to battle and get scared and turn back is disgraceful. Especially since had initiated the attack with the goal to capture India in the first place.

  • @K14841 I know you wish that were true but unfortunately for you that's not TRUE. As Alexander marched through India he fought battles, built altars, and founded cities. One city he called Boukephala in honor of his favorite horse Bucephalus, which died and was buried there. Other cities he called Alexandreia in honor of his own name. He lift because his men got wary not him or because of the Indians.

  • @Boukephalos1 Thats the most made up crap I have ever heard. There is no city in India called alexandria. There is no settlement of any greeks in India. What i said was the truth. There are thousands of sources that state that he left because he was confronted by a giagantic army . The Maghad Army.

  • @2009ELGRECO I know my history and my history is in every book. Mauryan empire was an Indian Empire. There is no Greek influence on Indian culture at all because Maurayan empire ruled India at that specific time. The first civilisation that conquered India was the Mughals and the influence of this can be seen in India today in the language and buildings and music.

  • @Boukephalos1 Quote As for the Macedonians, however, their struggle with Porus blunted their courage and stayed their further advance into India. For having had all they could do to repulse an enemy who mustered only twenty thousand infantry and two thousand horse, they violently opposed Alexander when he insisted on crossing the river Ganges also, the width of which, as they learned, was •thirty-two furlongs, its depth •a hundred fathoms, while its banks on the further side were

  • @K14841 He faced 500-1 million persians 3 times an Indian army of any size would not have bothered him, with 40,000 Greeks. Porus was now his alliy but his men mutinied and he put it down. His decision was based on his remaining mens desire to go home, noithing else. Indians never defeated him. And that's what you were implying. His ally Porus ruled his area for another 25 yrs with Greek help. So you see my Truth is better then your bravado. Keep trying you my find someone to believe you.

  • @Boukephalos1 His men mutinied because they saw the force of the Indian Army. You are forgetting that despite defeating 500-1 million Persians the hardest battle he face was against Porus. After this battle his army protested that they would not go on to fight a enormous Maghad army. They knew they would be crushed.

  • @Boukephalos1 He came to India because he heard of the gold and riches we had. Same reason why he went through Persia. In fact everyone wanted to come to India Mughals, Columbus etc etc. However u have to accept that he didnt conquer India he failed. He was scred and went back. That is not the true quaility of a brave king.

  • @Boukephalos1 Alexander teh Great was defeated by logistics lol

  • @Shadowcry1000 Come out from under the shadows it's clouding your vision, because he was never defeated. He never had a logistics problem. His decision to cross the desert was to accomplish and emulate a previous conqueror..It seems I get the last laugh out loud.

And your whiny-butt opinion is? Come make me laugh. I.'m waiting.

  • @Boukephalos1

Great comeback fagtard. Does your mom write comebacks for you?

If anything his generals butchered his only son and wife preventing an Alexandrian dynasty from uniting both east and west thus failure. He had a logistics problem crossing the desert - or do all the deaths from attrition discount that.

If he lived longer he would not have accomplished anything beyond the current borders.

  • @Shadowcry1000 It took you two weeks to comeback with that Crying boy's whiny-butt rebuttal, Unfortunately you seem to have lost your comedic attraction. Don't feel bad. A lot of people have no talent!

His men didn't die, only the camp followers died and cried, much like you just did after reading my response. However you do cast a shadow of stupidity.

  • @Boukephalos1

I didn't notice your retarded comment until two weeks later because obviously you are an unimportant tool.

Yeah, you wonder why he didn't continue any farther- because he would have been defeated logistically. The steppes proved to costly to invade. Afghanistan was token conquered and india revolted as soon as he left.

He was logistically at his limits.

  • Ah! I see the memo fairy has visited us again.

Let me guess you must be the @Shadowcrier,your ancestors must number in the millions; it's hard to believe that many people are to blame for producing you. Keep talking, someday you'll say something intelligent! Nah! you're just a shadow of your crying self.

    FunnyShiite!

  • @Boukephalos1 What you don't understand is Porus was infact a no one. But that no one gave him the hardest battle of his life. His men understood that fighting the Maghad army was suicide and wanted to return

  • @Boukephalos1 He brought war to peaceful land of Buddha and Shankara. That is a great accomplishment. Whatever the word great means, he was nothing but a selfish tiny minded mindless warlord.

  • @aajoshi222 and yes, alexander did lose like hitler nepolean.
