@radhaika get the "DownloadHelper" add-on for firefox. When you're on the page of the video you want, you click the arrow next to the DownloadHelper button and select the video you want. You can also use "Super" [erightsoft(.)com/SUPER(.)html­] to convert .flv or .mp4 you downloaded to any other format, just make sure you don't choose to directly stream video or audio.
