all u need is the programs>> and even if its cricket they wont connect ur phone? cause u need to give em the phone info on the back and they will say its not there phone

this isnt that hard i have a flashed blackberry storm 9530 and it is on cricket and u can pix message and go on internet ....... and mine was flashed at the cricket store it just cost 30 dollars and you can do just about everything on it and u can watch youtube on it but you have to get that plan with cricket....................... so take it to the cricket store and get it flashed and activated and you will have a bb storm with cricket :)

okay.. here's the scoop. I received a Blackberry Storm as a gift from a relative. My wife already had Cricket service and it was always reliable, so we stayed with them. She also received a Blackberry Curve. We flashed them both for a 100$... that way if anything went wrong, the Cricket dealer would be to blame. Everything works fine.. except you can't stream video or use GPS. A little disappointing, but 3 lines for a little over 100$ a month ain't bad..

Cricket is metro rite, and i heard that metro pcs dosen't know how to unlock phones rite because u wont get pic mail or internet so what if i went to someone else and got it flashed would dat be illegal and could metro just turn it on.

I got my storm fully flashed to cricket :) the only downside is that most apps that need to connect to the internet dont work but the internet browser and mms work great. Really nice phone to have
