Shit stop dissing on this guy,my house is in cedar pines park and it's a bitch to drive in the MOUNTAINS when you have over a foot of snow...we don't see plows very often on are main roads...all of the plows are on the highway dumbfucks
I wasn't there so I can't talk trash and regardless I won't. But good attempt. As a thought did you consider lowering the air pressure in the tires if you hadn't done so.
do the locker mod to run both front and rear diffs locked while in 4 high... then pin the throttle from the bottom of the hill and and keep her straight all the way to the top!
Nice try!You would have made it with chains. I would have loved to have been there and tried that with my 05 F250 Superduty. Looks fun, love playing in the deep snow.
I own them for construction work, my company only bought them because they were the cheapest but over the year our Fords have been complete cheap shit, we got what we paid for. We stopped buying Fords in 2008, still buying GMs and Dodges though. We still have Dodges from the late 80s, early 90s still going strong with over 500-600K.
@MPLSTORM Well in this case looks like Dodges suck off-road!! Even in your power wagon with lockers front and rear you couldn't make it!!! That should tell you something. Is that even off-road or just a street covered in snow? And by the way, every construction site around here is all Ford's! They out sell Dodge and Chevy for a reason!
@rumerboyz this dude dont know how to drive this beast... u do the locker mod to run both front and rear difffs locked whilein 4 high. u will be goin anywear u wnt to in snow with all that on
"they need to get a cummins in the power wagon" I did ask a few dealerships about the possibility of swapping the engine for the cummins but no luck with that at all... as much as they all agreed that it would be a good idea to have all the torque etc underneath the hood.
Needs chains.

you don't even have to mess with the lockers, all he needs to do is be smart and smoothly accelerate and stop flooring it when he stops moving.

Perhaps try to use rougher tires on the truck plus use the 4 wheel lock that might help :)

Damn! If a Power Wagon can't make it through, then NOTHING will, (except maybe a snow mobile).

650 ft/lbs of torque won't mean nothing if no traction.
34mxrider 2 years ago
i never said anything bad about it, all i said was i wish they made it with a cummins motor...
SoCoMx309 2 years ago
I never said you did. But anyway, the cummins can't fit because of the diconnecting stabilizer bar and winch.
34mxrider 2 years ago
I have heard the roads are bad from my family that lives up there. It is ridiculous they do not plow the roads.
