I've never seen the product in the US, but I happened to buy one in Taiwan this summer. It cost about $ 2 (US dollars) at the A+1 department store. It was originally designed for making a hair bun (丸子頭). Thanks a lot for sharing!

she said curl it while it's wet, so when it's dry and you untie the elastic then your hair is already curled

OR you can curl your hair while its try . ...but it will take a few hours
